Best Days is a leadership coaching and consulting practice founded by John Clark, a veteran school and systems leader with over 18 years of experience.

After launching high-performing middle schools and leading large-scale turnaround efforts, John founded Best Days to help other mission-driven leaders thrive. His approach blends adaptive coaching, deep connection, and strategic support tailored to each partner’s context and goals.

The name Best Days was inspired by his young son, Ian, who once said: "I have a lot of best days, Dad."

Now, John helps leaders and teams experience more best days of their own.
