Role: Leadership Coach (E3 & Blindspotting)
I partner with Behavioral Essentials to help leaders uncover their behavioral patterns and grow in self-awareness, confidence, and impact. Through the E3 Assessment, I work with individuals and teams to identify core drivers of behavior and use that insight for aligned, intentional leadership. I also offer coaching using the Blindspotting Assessment to help high-performing professionals translate insight into action.
